Aid Stations

These are all listed on the cue sheet you will get at Registration, along with elevations and cutoff times.

What we have at the Aid Stations: Water and HEED and Perpetuem in bottles ready to hand up.  Hammer Gel packets, bars, bananas, Endurolytes, salty goldfish crackers, Tums, etc.  ICE.  First Aid kits.  Tube, floor pump, mini tool.

We have a limited number of bottles, so you may have to stop for ten seconds to fill yours.  Yet another good reason to hang onto your bottles until you are AT the Aid Station.

Support vehicles are NOT ALLOWED above Bishop Creek Lodge Aid Station on Climb 1; anywhere on Pine Creek Climb 2; above Tom’s Place Aid Station on Climb 3.  The narrow roads make this our only choice for a safe event.  Support vehicles may feed at the Aid Stations not at the Summits.  Riders are expected to ride down to Tom’s Place to get a ride to keep traffic to a minimum.  10.6 miles that might take you 15 minutes.

Support vehicles are NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the Glacier Lodge Aid Climb 1; above 8000′ Rest Area Aid Station on Climb 3.  The narrow roads make this our only choice for a safe event.  Support vehicles may feed at the Start, at the Waucoba Canyon Aid Station, at the 8000′ Aid Station.  Riders are expected to ride down to 8000′ Aid Station (or the turnoff from 168 onto White Mt. Road is even better) to get a ride to keep traffic to a minimum.  8.4 (or 10.2) miles that might take you 10-15 minutes.
